Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Certain items are non-returnable, such as:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary)

  • Contact your bank

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us with details and photos if applicable.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
